The customer can change or cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation takes place after the 14th day prior to arrival, the customer will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
To confirm the booking, a deposit is required to be paid by bank transfer.
The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving the deposit by bank transfer, following which we will send the final confirmation.
